We process your personal data for the following purposes
Contract initiation: product consultation, making appointments, preparing quotations

My confidentiality as a counselor and teacher
As a counselor and teacher, I am subject to a duty of confidentiality with regard to all personal information of which I become aware in the course of my counseling and teaching activities. The professional ethical guidelines of the Gesellschaft für personzentrierte Gesprächsführung und Beratung e.V. and the Alexander-Technik-Verband Deutschland (ATVD) e.V. form the basis of this duty of confidentiality.

We use letter, telephone and internet communication (e.g. email).
Under no circumstances do we pass on personal data to third parties.
When will you receive the occasional newsletter
I will only send you my occasional newsletter by email (generally no more than once a month) on the topics of how we live our life, our conflicts and our relationships, body awareness, human development and consciousness if you expressly request this. You can of course withdraw your consent at any time.
How long do we store your personal data
The contractual relationship with you and statutory regulations result in retention obligations for documents such as correspondence, orders, invoices or accounting documents. The statutory retention periods are 6 years for certain documents and 10 years for other documents.
In order to be able to offer you product support beyond the warranty period, we store your personal data required for this purpose for as long as we offer this service.
In order to be able to send you our occasional newsletter by email, if you have expressly requested this, we will store your personal data required for this as long as you wish to receive this service and we offer it.
You can request the deletion of your personal data at any time. In this case, we will delete all data for which there is no retention obligation. This may make it more difficult to provide product support at a later date.
How we ensure the security of your personal data
We protect your personal data entrusted to us against loss, access, deletion or manipulation by unauthorized persons using technical and organizational measures that correspond to the current state of the art and organizational knowledge.
What data is collected and processed when you visit our website?
We use an external service provider (IONOS SE) for our website. In order to ensure the functionality of the website and to compile statistics, our service provider's web server collects the following anonymized data, which does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about a specific person: anonymized IP address, time of access, document accessed, transmission protocol and result. Your browser may also transmit the following data: Browser type and version, operating system and its version, the website last visited by the browser.
To protect the data you enter on our webpages against unauthorized access, your connection to our website is encrypted (using the so-called SSL protocol). Data entered on our webpages, e.g. orders, are sent to us by email via an encrypted connection.
We do not currently use cookies or links to social networks on our website.
We place ads with Google. However, we do not track your path from viewing the ad to our website (so-called "conversion tracking").
Newsletter dispatch
We use an external service provider (Brevo) to send the newsletter. When you register for the newsletter, we store the data you enter, consisting of your email address, title, first name, surname and country. The data you enter when registering for the newsletter will only be used to personalize the newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time or revoke your consent at any time by sending an email to meinrad.rohner@nachinnen-nachaussen.de. The number of responses to the newsletter, such as opening or clicking on the links contained therein, are counted anonymously in accordance with data protection regulations.
Google service reCaptcha
We use the Google service reCaptcha in the registration form for the newsletter to determine whether a human or a computer is making a certain entry in our newsletter form. Google uses the following data to check whether you are a human or a computer IP address of the end device used, the website that you visit on our site and on which the captcha is integrated, the date and duration of the visit, the identification data of the browser and operating system type used, Google account if you are logged in to Google, mouse movements on the reCaptcha areas and tasks in which you have to identify images. The legal basis for the data processing described is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in this data processing to ensure the security of our website and to protect us from automated entries (attacks).
